ive been wanting to go to crunch for a while now, so this is basically my first ever visit. its a food and drink deal at crunch, which is awesome! when they have a sale, its great! im thinking of going with sarah from the office since she brought her kid along. if you are also in town, definitely check out the donut shop where hannah (my wife) got her donut fix last year! just an FYI: on another note, last year was my first time going to crunches and that was really fun! how was your first time? ive been looking forward to it for a while now

Tips for having fun at crunch
- If you are looking for a fun and different kind of event, this is the one! local attraction, food and beverages, and lots of everyone!
- Bring your bathing suit. from the beach and winter wonderlands, to the mountains and desert, everyone will want to borrow or rent a bathrobe.
- Bring your running shoes. which will make your second day of lunch look professional. and keep you from getting too out of control as your classmates.
- Bring a book. even a Young Adult novel will do nicely. and a nice pair of glasses if you need them.
- Bring along a lunch box. because you will be taking these everywhere. and having an un-used lunch box is a sure-fire way to end up with a hangover the next day.
- Bring a water bottle. its great to practice drinking a glass of water while sitting in a lawn chair or on the couch with the kids.
- Bring a towel. its so much easier to dry off after a run or workout and its not just the kids who like to dry off after workouts too.
- Bring a couple of snacks. apples, oranges, kiwis, bread, etc. will keep you full and happy.
- Bring a water filter. its a no-brainer when you are on the run and not carrying much.
- Bring a cooler. its great to have around for when you are cooling off after a workout or when you are out for a run.
- Bring a hat. its a classic and will definitely be worn by everyone, even when it is really hot outside.
- Bring a jacket. its really cold in the winter and you will need a jacket to keep you warm.
- Bring a pair of gloves. they will keep you toasty warm while you are running or playing outside.
- Bring a scarf. its the perfect accessory to keep you on the outside, while out for a run or walking around the neighborhood.
- Bring a bag. its perfect for your phone and computers, as well as a change of clothes or a change of shoes.
